Strength Lesson Request

***You can be added to lessons at any time, simply fill out form below.  If  already started a session pricing will be based on when your start date is.***

I will be doing a 7 week session from 1/17-3/2.  Strength classes will meet twice per week for an hour and consist of specific strength exercises to increase exit velocity, overhand throwing velocity, and overall body strength.  Resistance bands, medicine ball exercises, plyometrics and body weight exercises will all be used.  If you have any group request's with any existing player's or if you have more than one player that needs training, please let me know in the background info section below so I can place them accordingly.  Otherwise, I will place them in a group.  Fill out and submit the request form below to get scheduled.  Instruction times will be scheduled for the same time each week.​
